Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often.
We offer loans from R1,000 to R10,000. You can select the amount you're interested in when you request a quotation.
No. Repayment terms are subject to assessment and approval and depend on your individual circumstances, so we don't publish repayment or interest calculations online. Request a quotation and our team will discuss your applicable terms directly with you.
Choose an amount on the homepage or the "Request a Quote" page, complete the short quotation form (your details, requested amount, loan type and preferred contact method), and submit it. Our team will review it and get back to you.
Your first name, surname, South African ID number, mobile number, email address, the amount you need, and your preferred loan type — once-off, longer-term repayment, or not sure.
A once-off loan is a single loan for an immediate need. A longer-term repayment loan is repaid over an extended period. If you're not sure which suits you, select "Not Sure" and our consultants will help you decide.
Our team reviews requests as they come in and will contact you using your preferred contact method (WhatsApp, call, or email) as soon as possible.
Use "Track My Application" in the menu, enter your ID number, and answer a security question to verify your identity before your application status is shown.
Use the "Settlement Letter Request" page and provide your ID number, mobile number, email address and (if you have it) your contract or loan number. Your request is handled by our team, not calculated automatically online.
